What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is flat rate $30 for all orders in the United States.

How long does shipping take?

We are quick with shipping to ensure maximum freshness of your powders. Depending on where you are located, shipping is generally 4-5 business days to metro areas and 7-9 days to regional or interstate areas. Please keep in mind that there may have been some delays experienced by the Australia Post network so plan in advance, when ordering.

Do you ship internationally？

Yes we do offer international shipping to most locations. These countries include:

Pacific - New Zealand

Asia - China / Japan / Hong Kong / India / Korea / Taiwan / Indonesia / Malaysia / Thailand / Singapore / Vietnam

Americas - Canada / United States

Europe -France / Netherlands / Switerland / Germany / Norway / United Kingdom /Ireland / Spain / Italy / Sweden

International shipping is offered at a flat rate fee of:

• $20 for all order from Asia and North Americas
• $25 for all orders from Europe

This is a standard service and shipping times will change, depending on location. Delivery timeframes are estimated from the time your package is dispatched from Sydney, to its delivery in the metro location of your destination country. Delivery timeframes do not include the time your package spends in customs. All import duties, taxes and other charges associated with the purchase are additional and it’s wise to check with your local customs office if there are any additional charges you may incur on arrival at your destination.
